Mike’s career of unique customization began in the automotive industry back in 2008, shortly before graduating the following year from Youngstown State University with his Mechanical Engineering degree. It was during the next four years that he discovered his ability to not only create aesthetically pleasing configurations that hadn’t been performed previously but integrate functional systems into a high-performance package. Immediately following his success and notoriety, the opportunity arose for a custom home remodel, and then a new home build, where he brought commercial mechanical contracting experience gained since 2006. Utilizing over a decade of estimating, 3D CAD coordination and relationships with high dollar clients and various architectural and engineering firms, he brings to the residential industry a new way of not just managing a project but also creating opportunities for the clients to be and feel more involved. His attention to detail, especially when it comes to the inner workings of your home, is on a level only one with his type of pedigree can attain.
