To no fault of their own, most residential builders possess a background mainly in carpentry, ranging from erecting a structure to finish trim inside. As a lead contractor for a home, they essentially create the dwelling with which the remaining subcontractors add their respective material and labor. Unfortunately, while architectural styles change with the times, or with the tastes of each client, little has changed since these companies were conceived that is inline with the rapidly changing era of information and technology.

Where we differ is with a background in commercial mechanical contracting, having managed projects for clients representing multi-million dollar businesses with higher expectations during design, construction, and project completion. In other words, our focus is on building homes for people who are interested in greater comfort, convenience, efficiency, and automation, all the while meeting or exceeding the fine level of aesthetic quality based on their specific tastes. We utilize 3D CAD software for design, BuilderTrend project management software, and offer a final close-out procedure that is unmatched in residential construction today.
